SHIPPING

Standard Shipping

Our products normally ship via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Petaluma, CA and normally arrive within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. We use USPS Priority for expedited, 3 day delivery. Shipping charges cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap.In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Expedited Shipping

For the additional cost of approximately $15, we offer 3 day delivery to our customers through the Post Office’s Priority Mail Service.

Shipping to International Destinations

As our products are only available in a 110V/60hz power version, we only ship our bed coolers to customers in the U.S. and Canada. 220V/50hz models are in development and should be available for shipping to international destinations by spring of 2020.

For shipping outside the continental U.S., we add a handling charge is $10.00 to cover the additional time required to process the order. Please note that Next Day Shipping is not available for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
